Code of Faith
1. Oneness of Allah
- Allah is one in His essence, attributes, and actions. He alone is the creator of everything — good or bad — the creator of Devil and Adam, Abraham and Nimrod, Moses and Pharaoh.
- People earn good or bad through their own intentions and desires, and Allah allows their actions to occur.
- No one knows what has been destined for him; he fulfills his wishes and is responsible for his actions.
- The Book and Sunnah stress that Allah is the only creator of everything occurring here.
- The party of reason (Mutazelah) suggests that man is the creator of his actions, but the party of report (those who take religion from the Book and Sunnah) believe in the Oneness of Allah in all actions.
2. Angels
- Angels are created from Noor (spiritual light).
- They are neither male nor female.
- Their food is remembrance of Allah.
- They never disobey Allah.
- They perform divine duties:
- Jibreel brought the Divine message.
- Izraail is the Angel of death.
- Mikaeel controls weather, winds, and space.
- Israfeel will blow the horn to mark the end of the Universe.
3. Scriptures
- Allah revealed different books at different times:
- Sahifas of Abraham
- Taurat of Moses
- Zabur of Dawud
- Injeel given to Jesus
- Qur'an revealed to Muhammad (PBUH)
- Except the Qur'an, these books are not in their original forms; changes occurred.
- The Qur'an is the last divine revelation:
- It is in Arabic and was revealed to Muhammad (PBUH).
- It has 30 parts and 114 Surahs.
- It is recited in Arabic, not in translation.
- Translations are used only for education and understanding.
- The Qur'an is preserved under a divine promise of protection.
- It is the only book memorized and recited by millions worldwide.
4. The Prophets
- The Prophets are human beings, created from dust, and they had children.
- Divine Light is in them, and they are protected from committing sins.
- The first Prophet is Adam and the last is Muhammad (PBUH).
- Some Prophets are named in the Qur'an; others are not.
- They were sent to different communities at different times, but Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is a Prophet for all people and all times.
- There will be no new Prophet after Muhammad (PBUH).
5. The Last Day
- The entire Universe will be destroyed; only Allah knows the date and time.
- Before that day, Muslims will be united under the banner of Islam.
- Jesus will descend from the heavens and serve as a viceroy of Muhammad (PBUH); Christians and Jews will become Muslims.
- Israfeel will blow the horn twice — the first causes everything to perish, the second resurrects all humans.
- Then comes the Day of Judgement, and humans will enter Paradise or Hell in their original bodies.
